Debra Ann Mumm is an author, speaker, artist, and creator of Authentic RESET.
For more than a decade, she built creative communities, ultimately growing a small art supply store into a 20,000-square-foot nonprofit arts center serving thousands of people each year. From the outside, it looked successful. From the inside, she found herself confronting a question many people quietly carry:
What happens when the life you've built no longer feels aligned with who you are becoming?
That question became the foundation for Authentic RESET and a body of work devoted to authenticity, human connection, meaningful change, and living from truth rather than expectation.
Today, Debra speaks to organizations, leaders, and communities about identity, change, meaningful work, creativity, and the courage required to live an honest life.
