REALITY CHECK™ — Terms & Conditions

Welcome. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the expectations, boundaries, and agreements between you (“Client”) and Debra Ann Mumm (“Provider”) for the Reality Check™ session and any optional follow-up sessions. Please read them carefully. By purchasing a Reality Check™ session, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Reality Check™ is a one-hour clarity and truth-seeking session.
It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or legal/financial advice.

This session offers:

  • Insight

  • Perspective

  • Pattern recognition

  • Reflective questioning

  • Direction for personal exploration

It does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or substitute for professional medical or psychological support.

If you are currently in crisis, experiencing severe emotional distress, or require therapeutic intervention, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

2. Results + Personal Responsibility

Reality Check™ is designed to create breakthrough clarity, but results vary depending on your participation, honesty, readiness, and follow-through.

You understand and agree:

  • You are responsible for your choices, decisions, and outcomes.

  • No guarantees are made regarding personal, professional, or emotional results.

  • You enter the session voluntarily and agree to take full responsibility for how you use the insights provided.

3. Payments + Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, including the optional follow-up session.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Because spots are limited, purchases cannot be transferred to another individual without written permission.

If you need to reschedule:

  • Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed or same-day cancellations are considered forfeited.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected.
The Provider agrees to keep your information confidential except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Abuse or neglect

  • Court orders

Otherwise, what you share in Reality Check™ stays within the session.

5. Pre-Work + Participation

You agree to:

  • Complete the pre-work questionnaire honestly and on time

  • Arrive ready to engage deeply and openly

  • Minimize distractions during the session

This creates the conditions for a meaningful and effective experience.

6. Follow-Up Session (Optional)

If you purchase the optional 30-minute follow-up session:

  • It must be used within 30 days of your Reality Check™

  • Scheduling availability is first-come, first-served

  • The same cancellation/rescheduling policy applies

7. Intellectual Property

All session materials, concepts, writings, exercises, and proprietary frameworks (including Authentic RESET™) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Debra Ann Mumm.

You may use the insights for your own growth, but you may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Teach

  • Publish

  • Reproduce
    any materials or processes without written permission.

8. No Recording Without Consent

Sessions may not be recorded by either party unless both parties agree in writing beforehand.

9. Technology + Platform

Sessions are conducted via phone.
You are responsible for having a working connection, charged device, and a private space.

If technical issues arise on your side and prevent the session from occurring, the session may be considered forfeited at the Provider’s discretion.

10. Indemnification

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debra Ann Mumm from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the session or information provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be handled through informal resolution first, and if necessary, binding arbitration in California.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Reality Check™ session, you affirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms

  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate

  • You understand the nature and limitations of the service

  • You are legally able to enter this agreement

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with the purchase.
