Thank you for joining us for the Authentic RESET Connection Circle Retreat.

This page outlines retreat policies, participation guidelines, cancellation information, and shared retreat expectations so that everyone feels informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout the experience.

Our intention is to create a warm, meaningful, and thoughtfully held environment where guests can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage in honest conversation and reflection in a supportive setting.

If you have questions at any point, please reach out.

Registration & Cancellation

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited availability, retreat registration is non-refundable after June 14, 2026.

Cancellations made prior to June 14, 2026 may be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another guest, subject to approval and availability.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, all retreat fees will be fully refunded.

Shared Retreat Environment

This retreat is intentionally designed as a small women’s gathering and limited to six guests to support comfort, openness, meaningful conversation, and authentic connection within a shared retreat home.

Guests are expected to contribute to a respectful, considerate, and supportive environment for everyone attending.

This retreat is rooted in kindness, curiosity, confidentiality, and mutual respect.

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.

Food & Dietary Needs

Meals, snacks, coffee, tea, and light refreshments are included throughout the weekend.

Food will be thoughtfully prepared to feel nourishing, grounding, and energizing—designed to support reflection, connection, and feeling your best throughout the retreat.

Dietary preferences and food sensitivities will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible. Please share any dietary restrictions upon registration.

Health, Wellness & Participation

Authentic RESET retreats are designed for reflection, conversation, journaling, and personal exploration.

This retreat experience is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis support.

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Guests are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and personal wellbeing throughout the retreat.

Optional activities, including walking outdoors, use of retreat amenities (including the jacuzzi), and participation in group activities are undertaken at each guest’s own discretion.

Photography & Privacy

Occasionally, photos may be taken during the retreat for future Authentic RESET marketing, storytelling, or community sharing.

We deeply value personal comfort and privacy. Guests may opt out of photography at any time.

No private or vulnerable conversations will ever be shared publicly without explicit permission.

A Gentle Community Agreement

This retreat is intended to be a space where guests can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage honestly in meaningful conversation.

We ask that guests arrive with:

• Respect for one another
• Willingness to listen without fixing or advising
• Care for shared spaces
• Curiosity instead of judgment
• An openness to reflection and authentic connection

There is no pressure to share more than feels true or comfortable.

You are invited to participate in the experience in the way that feels most supportive to you.
